Campaign data

Pipeline blueprint, not a customer result. The Swiss home care pipeline is built and its landing pages are live at ihrspitex.ch, but we have not yet run a paid patient-acquisition campaign. There is no cost per lead, qualification rate, or conversion figure to publish for this vertical.

The Challenge

Swiss Spitex providers face two acquisition problems at once: recruiting qualified caregivers, and reaching patients inside a specific catchment area. Both run on health-adjacent personal data, which under the revised DSG is besonders schuetzenswert and cannot be handled with a generic lead form.

Our Solution

  • Separate pipelines for supply (caregivers) and demand (patients and families)
  • Fail-closed consent verification: no consent record, no outreach, in every channel
  • Supply-side scoring on qualification, language skills, and canton coverage
  • Demand-side intake on service type, urgency, and whether family already provides care
  • Canton-level geographic targeting with German-language intake

What the pipeline does

  • Consent records are append-only and timestamped, with a documented 12-month retention period
  • Patient intake is a staged form on ihrspitex.ch; a German-language qualification agent is configured for the same schema but not yet embedded
  • Outbound messages stay generic ("a coordinator will call you") so no health detail crosses a messaging channel
  • A DPIA is required before health data is processed at scale and is completed per engagement, not pre-claimed
